I’m a certified Massage Therapist and Instructor with over 10 years of experience in Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Therapeutic Massage , Reflexology, and Qi Gong. My approach is rooted in the gentle wisdom of Eastern healing traditions, blended with a deep intuition and a genuine care for each person I work with.

Every session is tailored to meet you where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where your body can unwind, your mind can quiet, and your whole system can begin to restore its natural balance.
